Your store name can be a great way to tell buyers exactly what you sell. It is also your unique identifier because no (2) store names can be the same.

Tips

1.  Change your name as little as possible, so as not to confuse repeat buyers.

2. When possible, include what you sell in your store name.
   If you are planning to sell items in many different unrelated categories, you may not want to adhere to "Tip #2".
   Example: If you sell items in categories such as pet supplies, clothing, and automotive parts, it may be a better choice to name your store "Bob's Variety Store" instead of "Bob's Pet Supplies".

Rules

1. Store names must be at least (6) characters long and are NOT case sensitive.
   Store names may include:
   A. Letters, numbers, spaces, and some symbols such as:
   - + / @ ( ) & ' , : ; .
   (dashes, plus symbols, forward slashes, at symbols, left parenthesis, right parenthesis, ampersands, apostrophes, commas, colons, semi-colons, periods)

2. Usernames cannot include:
   A. Profanity
   B. Registered trademarks (unless you are the owner)
   C. Web addresses or emails
   D. PBS or Patriotbuysell

3. You can update your store name in Account Settings > Personal Data, but it can only be changed every 30 days.

Important Note

Changing your store name can confuse repeat buyers.  If you change your store name, it will be visibly changed to users, but in our system, behind the scenes, we will keep your original store name in all of your product URLs, etc., so that your external SEO links are not ruined, if you have them.
