File Size & Upload Limits

  • Each file must not exceed 5 MB

  • Total upload limit per submission: 20 MB****

Document Quality Requirements

  • All information must be clear, readable, and unedited

  • Documents must be fully visible with all four edges included

  • Do not crop, blur, or alter any part of the document

  • Ensure all details are legible before uploading

Common Document Requirements

Proof of Identity

  • Clear, unedited copy of a government-issued ID (e.g.: driver’s license, passport).

  • Must clearly show your full name, photo, and identifying details

  • Your name and address must match your marketplace registration details

  • PO Boxes are not accepted

Proof of Address / Financial Documents

  • Recent bank statement, credit card statement, or utility bill

  • Must be issued within the last 3–6 months

  • Full name and complete billing address must be clearly visible

How to Submit Documents

  1. Log in to your marketplace seller account

  2. Open your verification or appeal notification

  3. Select the correct document type (e.g., Proof of Identity)

  4. Upload the required file(s)

  5. Submit for review

  • Ensure all documents are complete and clearly readable

  • Use only accepted file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF)

  • Keep each file within the 5 MB limit
