AIRSOFT, BB GUN, & AIR GUN POLICY

PatriotBuySell (PBS) is committed to maintaining a safe marketplace for buyers and sellers. Due to safety concerns and legal regulations, the sale of certain weapons and weapon-related items is restricted on the platform.

BB guns, pellet guns, airsoft guns, air rifles, and air pistols may be listed only when they comply with all applicable laws and the requirements outlined in this policy.

Permitted Items

The following items may be listed on PBS provided all requirements are met:

• BB guns

• Pellet guns

• Airsoft guns

• Air rifles

• Air pistols

Listing Requirements

Sellers offering these items must ensure that: 

Compliance with Laws

• The item complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. 

• The seller is responsible for verifying that the item can legally be sold, purchased, owned, and shipped to the buyer's location.

Product Specifications

• The air gun must not exceed .25 caliber.

• The item must not be modified or designed to fire lethal projectiles.

Airsoft Gun Requirements

• Airsoft guns must have a permanently attached blaze-orange barrel tip or any other legally required safety marking.

• Airsoft guns must not be converted or modified to shoot lethal ammunition or projectiles.

Listing Information

• Listings must accurately describe the item being offered.  

• Images and descriptions must clearly represent the product and its condition. 

• Sellers may be required to include safety or legal compliance disclosures where applicable.

Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted on PBS:

• Firearms and regulated weapons prohibited by law 

• Air guns exceeding .25 caliber 

• Modified airsoft guns capable of firing lethal projectiles 

•  Items intended to circumvent applicable weapons regulations 

• Any weapon or weapon-related item prohibited under PBS policies or applicable laws 

PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

• Removal of listings or content 

• Seller warnings 

• Temporary selling restrictions 

• Permanent account suspension 

• Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement
