ALCOHOL POLICY

The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect our community, ensure legal compliance, and maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace for all buyers and sellers. 

What is not allowed

The following items may not be listed or sold on PatriotBuySell:

• Beer, wine, spirits, and any other alcoholic beverages 

• Homemade, homebrew, or unlicensed alcohol products 

• Alcohol contained in bottles, jars, or any other sealed containers being sold for consumption 

• Any product with alcohol content intended for drinking 

What is allowed

• Empty collectible bottles or containers that previously held alcohol, as long as they are clearly described as empty and are not intended for consumption 

• Alcohol-related accessories such as bottle openers, wine racks, glasses, and barware 

• Alcohol-themed decorative items or merchandise 

PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

• Removal of listings or content 

• Seller warnings 

• Temporary selling restrictions 

• Permanent account suspension 

• Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement 

Why We Have This Policy

The sale of alcohol is heavily regulated by local, national, and international laws. Age verification, licensing, and shipping restrictions vary by region and can be difficult to enforce in an online marketplace setting. To protect both our buyers and sellers from legal risk, and to keep our platform safe and accessible to everyone — PatriotBuySell does not permit the sale of any alcoholic products.
