RETURN ISSUES POLICY

PatriotBuySell will review and remove neutral or negative feedback when the feedback is directly related to a return issue that was handled correctly by the seller in accordance with their stated return policy. In each case, we ensure that factual evidence supports the removal.

PatriotBuySell may remove neutral or negative feedback when any of the following circumstances apply:

• The seller declined a change-of-mind return request because the original listing clearly stated that returns are not accepted
• The buyer changed their mind about a purchase and was required to cover the cost of the return shipping label in accordance with the seller's return policy
• The buyer is leaving negative feedback about a return outcome that was handled correctly and fairly by the seller

What's Allowed

• Leaving feedback that accurately reflects a genuine return issue caused by the seller, such as refusing a legitimate return or failing to issue a refund in a timely manner
• Leaving feedback about a return issue where the seller did not honor their stated return policy

Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on PatriotBuySell, you are expected to review the seller's return policy before completing a purchase. If a seller clearly states that they do not accept returns, you are agreeing to those terms at the time of purchase. Leaving negative feedback because a seller declined a change-of-mind return in accordance with their stated policy is not permitted and may result in removal of the feedback and account action. If you have a genuine return concern, we encourage you to contact the seller directly before leaving feedback.

PBS reserves the right to take action when a buyer violates this policy. Actions may include:

• Buyer warnings
• Temporary buying restrictions
• Permanent account suspension
• Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement

Why We Have This Policy

Sellers have the right to set their own return policies and should not be penalized for enforcing them fairly and correctly. PatriotBuySell is committed to ensuring that feedback accurately reflects the seller's actual performance and that sellers are protected from negative feedback that results from a buyer's change of mind or failure to read the listing terms. This policy encourages buyers to review return policies carefully before making a purchase.
